The email system has been overwhelmed due to our success. Some spam blockers are preventing email from getting through. We are working on clearing these issues as quickly as possible. When we see emails that have not been verified after a period of time we are resending the invitation. If you still don’t get one please message support.

Traveler’s introductory price is a very aggressive discount. Its price is normally $149. We will address education pricing after the introductory period is over.

This has been identified and is resolved. Please update to version 1.0.07 or above.

Update notifications appear in the application itself. The link in the update notification will take you directly to the download page where you will need to reinstall.

In some cases the update is not removing the old version.

  • From FINDER on your Mac go to folder:
    /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components/
    Remove traveler.component 
    Also remove Keysolutions Traveler.component 
    Then, reinstall version 1.0.07.

We’ve had reports that the installer is reporting a Rosetta 2 requirement. This is only the installer our instruments and plugins run natively. We will get this resolved in the next update.
